Very bad service from sales to customer service. Unless you go for an expensive road bike you don't get any attention and there are at most only 2 mechanics there so the service is very slow.
The phone is rarely answered, I called 6 times before someone finally picked up and told me that as far as the 6 weeks free service is concerned I would be better off trying somewhere else as they are too busy for that

However the worst thing was when I returned there because my brand new bike had a tyre's defect (3 punctures in a week) and:
1) they didn't bother looking at it: I left it in the morning and when I went to pick it up in the evening it was still there unattended, apparently because it was a warranty issue
2) when I went to pick it up in the evening, after waiting for half an hour, the manager told me to either wait a week for a replacement tyre or get a new one with a 10% discount.

Only positive was that the mechanic tried to help and was v apologetic.
