I can't say enough great things about Smithtown Toyota. My salesperson, Meg, was THE BEST. She is so down-to-earth and made me feel comfortable with my entire purchasing process. I wanted a very specific color and features in my car, and she did not even bat an eye that it would be difficult to obtain, even though they had to get the car from out of state. I thought it would be a week or so to get my car, but it came in 2 DAYS! They even installed full heated-seats for me within a day. The finance guy Sean also was very transparent about how and what I was paying for, and was not pushy into getting additional coverage or whatnot for the car. It was a seamless experience and I totally love the car!!
