The staff made the experience of trading in two cars very manageable. They were aware of my situation before I walked in the showroom. Salesperson was able to show me the kind of vehicle that I was looking for and took a quick test drive. Entered the showroom at 12 noon and was home in my own driveway with my new vehicle at 4PM.
