A couple of friends and I stopped in E&O Kitchen and Bar after a long day visiting SF. They accommodated us with speedy outdoor dining. The happy hour menu was packed with tons of low priced quality meals. We ordered just about everything on the menu. I could honestly say that nothing we ordered was bad. The food was expedited from the kitchen extremely quickly. The food was exceptional.
