Too dark need to upgrade the lighting. I visit a lot of casino you are still behind of time.

Empire Casino/MGM is s fun place. Not crowded, restaurants are open. Wear your mask.

First time back since the pandemic. Harvest moon in sight. The casino wasn't nice to me tonight but, I enjoyed my getaway!!

My first visit since the reopening. Distancing and cleanliness is remarkable.

We are in a black bus stuck due to the wheel came off the bus!! I can't believe this. The axial from the right side of back of the Mini Bus with 24 people mostly elderly were seating inside the bus. That God Elsa Ventura knew how to stop the bus and waited for over 40mins for assistance. No police officer showed up to help. No Yonkers Police anywhere in sight to help us on the road. Elsa Ventura the driver was was great! She calmed us down...God blessed us with Elsa. She deserves a Medal. She saved our lives. "YONKER RACEWAY SHOULD GIVE HER A MEDIAL...SHE SAVED OUR LIFES LAST NIGHT AT 9:57 PM. BUS #22. WE WERE ALL TRANSFERED TO #20 AT 10:39PM. "WHAT A NIGHTMARE..."

I used to hit Jackpots more often, a year or so ago..I really think they set the machine's To pay out less..So be cautious. It's not what it used to be,unfortunately.

The machines are all outdated. Pretty sure all the machines are turned down too. Your better of going to Schenectady or Monticello.

Very clean and stations are constantly being cleaned also wipes and sanitizer are available for customers to clean station, face must be covered. No alcohol beverages are served and no food or drinks are allowed, can only eat in food court

The place takes your money in minutes. Good to entertain yourself but if you think you gonna win you got another thing coming!!

With their card you get all kinds of offers. This place has a nice casino, Good food and nightly free entertainment. Just a blast.

It was really bad, I enjoyed going in the past. I was told that I was granted $50 for free play and I got there it was so busy, and also did not get the free play.

Very convenient, to go & play some big Horse Races ! Plus it's fun to bring my wife there once in awhile! Very clean! Atmosphere is alittle sketchy ! If, you know what I mean? Bad thing No live table games ! Thats the main part of the casino ! Don't like computer Black jack & Craps ! Just not the same, So usually when I go, I go outside to bet the horses live & Simulcast of other Tracks ! Which is definitely KOOL ! LOL !

HORRIBLE. MACHINES STILL TIGHT AS THEY WERE BEFORE THE PANDEMIC HIT AND NONENOF THE MACHINES THAT WERE BROKEN WERE FIXED. WAS INNTHER FOR 3HRS AND NOT 1 BONUS ON ANY MACHINE I PLAYED. WASTE OF TIME. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

It's a great place to meet with friends and have a good time. Not a place to go if you need money.

We had a horrible time,all the parking lot were closed off to the cabs, 25%of the ppl were allowed to enter but very few machines. Two ladies almost got in a fight for a machine I got off of. We will wait till it fully opens.

Empire city casino/MGM . All of the perks have been taken away and to get bonuses you will have to spend, gamble hundreds of dollars for pennies in returns. No drinks on the floor.

Need to allow me to win and hit the jackpot. They should have more sanitary wipe dispensers, they should also allow drinking on the gambling floor.

First time at the races........Sunday with damn near everything important costing a buck. It was fun watching the horses walk around in front so you could see them up close. My wife and I are horse owners, one Quarter Horse and three Mustangs, it's kinda unlikely that we will ever be Thoroughbred owners, but they were fun to watch. A few winning bets, and a few more losing ones, but a good value for ones entertainment dollars. I could see this Sunday $1 day becoming an occasional thing to do when we have free time..........

Despite K Of The Covid-19 Problems !!!. It Is A Total Terror In The Casino. There Are More Out-of-Service Machines, <6 Feet>, Spacing. No Meals, No Drinks. Bring Your Drinks And Your Meals. You already know them !!!!

This place is great but after covid and changed a lot the bar is no longer open so you can gamble and social distance but you will be thirsty the whole time you're there so bring some water.

Creepy atmosphere. Most of the people I see gathering here, don't quite look like they can afford to part with their money. I was approached three times by people asking me for money.
Instead of coins coming out of the slots you get a piece of paper stating how much the total is and then you have to bring it to have it changed to cash.
The Prince tribute bands that I went to see the other night left something to be desired. Maybe I'll have better luck next time.

I have been at the casino since it opened and sad to say that they have not giving no promotions, no nothing at lease a little welcome back bonus would've been appreciated. So they will get a 2 star
