I see Dr. Greenbaum here and very much appreciate his care. He listens, asks questions and listens to my answers, is always polite and professional and thorough. I never feel as if im being pushed out the door and would recommend him to those needing care in the field of rheumatology.

Total incompetence. Due to misread ultrasound had 2 completely unnecessary and painful biopsies. If Dr. Webb has taken the time to look at films instead of relying on incorrect report all would have been avoided. I wouldn t send my worst enemy to Indiana Internal Medicine. Doctors and staff are rude and don t do their jobs. Avoid this place!!!

I have been with Indiana Internal medicine I believe for almost two years. The staff there is very helpful . My doctor Todd Dudley is the best , and shows he actually cares about his patients. Nurse practitioner Amanda Bratton is Awesome , and shows compassion . The rooms and lobby s are always clean . The wait times are never long. I would totally recommend Amanda or Todd . The team as a whole at Indiana internal medicine is awesome.

Like my primary care doctor (Dr. Samuels), he is very honest and straight forward, which I appreciate, and Nurse Practitioner Tara Simon. I had a health concern and NP Simon and her Medical Assistant Wendy were very helpful, always very quick to return my phone calls, and answer any questions or address any concerns I had. Truly felt like they cared and wanted to help me meet the resolution of my issue.

I was referred to IIM by my heart Doctor for a visit to see about a sleep study. I asked the Nurse Practitioner a lot of questions, which she seemed to be perturbed by. The main question was whether or not my Insurance would cover said study, she responded that, that wasn't her department, here is a card call the number on the back and they will help you. I have called and left 4 messages so far and still no return call....I think they listed on my Chart that I am a difficult patient. Thats an old Seinfeld reference. Anyway I guess they are too busy or don't care.

Dr. Steven Samuels is THE worst excuse for a docto...

Dr. Steven Samuels is THE worst excuse for a doctor. Please don't go to him if you want personalized care from either him or his nurses. When they make a mistake they refuse to fix it, instead they expect you to suffer for it. I was scheduled by Dr. Samuels exactly one week later than my pain script was to run out, I had been taking it for 10 years for Fibromyalgia and a back injury suffered at work 11 years earlier. Instead of accepting they made an error, they said I would just have to wait. Really! I am in constant pain. Oh well, doctor says you have to wait until you are seen. I went to him regularly for several years and because I didn't lay down and play dead, I was fired from the offices of the Whole Building not allowing anyone there to write not even my blood pressure scripts. All because I didn't yell, didn't curse, just said "I'm sorry, but that isn't acceptable, I Can't go without my pain meds for a whole week." After 3 return calls from his office I was told the only way I would get my script today was if I came in today. I said ok, what time. When I got there he said I had given his nurse a hard time and that I would just sit there and not say a word and that this is how it would be from now on, blah, blah. I let him finish and then I tried to ask him a question. "What was I suppose to do go a week without my medication". But all I got out was "what was I su" And he said that's it, you said a word, hope you enjoy pain management as he stormed out the door like a little girl. He said a few other ugly words (even said this is how he treats his kids, gives them one chance) but you get the gist of it. He walked out the door without allowing me to stick up for myself. I know it was an excuse to get rid of a pain patient, but still, he could have done it with more grace than that.

There for Dr. Dick. Unfortunately, he doesn't take any more new pts. However, the practice has expanded to 25 Drs total. They just break them into sections or 'pods'. So my desk to chk in & pt rms located is considered pod X. There's also a RNP in most grps so if ur PCP can't see u immediately & u can't wait, they are usually able to cover same or next day.

The most incompetent office staff I have ever worked with. Spoke with Sarah today and she promptly hung-up on me when she could not answer a simple question. I asked for Dr. Todd Dudley to call me at his earliest convenience and was told he did not make phone calls. Staff is rude and incompetent! Looking for a new Doctor! Not recommended.

I see NP Juli White for sleep medicine and she is the most amazing NP. I wish she did primary care also! She listens, she is encouraging, and she is funny. I can't say enough positive about her. The building is home to a MESS of MDs, so I can only say my experience with her and my sleep disorder. She

After today, I probably will never be back. I have been perfectly healthy my entire life until 3 months ago. A simple head cold has turned into a nightmare. I have been dealing with shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, the works. I have seen 3 different doctors and none of them have even pretended to care. My primary doctor, Dr. Dudley, actually gave me a diagnosis of bronchitis. I have been on 2 rounds of antibiotics and 2 rounds of steroids and the only chest X-ray I received was during an ER visit because I was so miserable. I returned for another visit today and could not get in with Dr. Dudley until the end of October so I saw the Nurse Practitioner Tara Simon. From the moment she walked in the door I felt as though she didn t care. Before she had even examined me she told me that I just had allergies and basically nothing was wrong with me. She was incredibly rude and condescending and only ordered an X-ray and a pulmonologist appointment to appease me even though she insisted I was fine. She even went so far as to tell me that I had been using my inhaler too much, even though I m only using it when I feel like I need to. Overall, I have had a terrible experience the past couple months and especially today. I have never had so much trouble getting doctors to take me seriously and I will never be back.

I've been a patient there for years, using both a primary care physician and a specialist. Highly satisfied. This is a group of doctors dedicated to their patients and willing to take the time required to meet their needs needs.

I don't have a problem with the doctors but the medical group itself. They want you to have a check up twice a year and each check up they want to do blood work. This is not necessary but something they can profit from. My insurance only pays for a check up and blood work for once a year. So I have to pay more out of pocket for the second yearly check up and blood work. So I refused to do that and next thing you know I get a certified letter in the mail telling me that I can no longer be seen at this medical group. They don't care about you they only care about money.

Saw Rheumatologist. He did not do any tests. No x-rays, no lab work. No answers about why my muscles were so stiff. Did do physical exam. Office was very clean & staff was very polite. Waiting time was 6 months to get appointment but less than 20 minutes in office for first appointment. Did talk & answer all questions. Not rushed.

Dr dick is wonderful but he is always over booked and running late. I wish he was given more time to do what. He's good at. Last time I arrived at 3. And didn't leave till 6. He's worth it. But I think he is retiring. So I'll find a new place to go.

Dr. Abdulhafez was amazing. He did the most thorough first physical exam and meeting of any doctor we have had (and we are well into our 50's). Office staff is a mixture of friendly and rushed. They are GREAT at follow-up for test results and additional testing.

Dr Dudley and his staff have lost their ability to care for the elderly. My mom complained to him and his staff on several occasions that she was feeling bad and her blood pressure was dropping very low and she just wasn't feeling well. His response was always she is fine. She even asked if she should go to a cardiologist since her blood pressure was so low, he said no. After I made her go see a cardiologist she is now recovering from a double bypass and valve repair. This did not happen overnight so everyone feels that he should of paid more attention to her and her concerns. We even called them yesterday for some information and the didn't even ask why she was in the hospital.
