I agree with all the reviews. Great choices, delicious food and very attentive and nice staff. I love this choice in my neighborhood. Definitely catering to millennial's who can't commit to one food choice, but you should know something really important. The gratuity that you leave at the counter for every item never reaches the people who are actually picking up all of your plates and keeping this beautiful space clean. Not one penny. So I left off a star.

When I asked a manager, he could only say that bussers were under a different contract at an undisclosed hourly rate, along with their dishwashers. I cringed at his (my opinion) dismissive, "this comment will never go anywhere" 20-something experience. I have been a waiter in my past, probably longer than this guy has been alive. Staff is as important as food. They will learn this as they get more and more turnover and as thei tables pile up with dishes in peak times.

I have been in the food business for almost 30 years. My advice, which I think feel on deaf ears tonight was to put signs out on the tables encouraging guests to tip the very kind and hard working people clearing the tables. What's the harm in that? I hope I see this happen. Otherwise, it's an amazing addition to our west loop restaurant community.
