The stay was very pleasant. Unfortunately we were completely stunned by the lack of professionalism and the aggressiveness of the people at the reception.
We stayed for 7 nights, when we arrived we said we wanted a late check out (paid or not). We were told that it was possible but that we had to return on the day of departure at the time of breakfast. We did it we are told at the beginning that we did not sign a paper, then the hotel is full and they were expecting 100 people. We said that we took 2 rooms for 7 nights with surplus and that we might have just left us 1 room to shower. The lady answers us "and then, there are some who come for a month".
I manage to reach the assistant manager who tells us that it is possible to have just a room to shower at 2 o'clock. We are taken out our luggage. During this time we stay at the beach, we lunch at the hotel. Qd we return to the reception, a Mr tells us ah no it is no longer possible if it is necessary to leave at 17h. I tell him that yes we just want to shower we must be at the airport for 17h all the way. And she points to me with her finger and in an aggressive way tells me that we have better leave at 17h. We therefore refuse the room. He goes to the reception and starts making fun of us in Thai. As much to tell you that we were treated as less than nothing. Is it a lack of politeness or clearly racism ... I have never seen that and yet I travel bcp and I love this country. But what a disappointment!
