We have a tandem bicycle which is disassembled and packed into luggage cases for air travel. Only hours before our international flight I stripped a bolt and could not disassemble the bike! According to the posted hours, the coop should have closed an hour before I rushed in the door. If we could not disassemble the bike how could we travel home? The wrench (a lovely lass, by the way!) said she'd see what she could do. She was successful and we made our flight on time. She charged us next to nothing for a service that was hugely valuable to us.

While waiting for her to salvage our travel, I was able to look around the shop and found it pleasantly laid out with a wide range of bikes and gear. The staff was personable and generous with conversation. Keep in mind, they were supposed to have been closed for an hour!
