I have called, emailed and spoke to two women about returning my deposit they owe me from over a year ago. Once provided with proof of payment they claim I never paid they cant return my calls?! I guess it's time for a lawyer and lawsuit. It's crazy how we all can pay our money, in full, on time to these places but they cannot return money they legally owe you. Why is it so hard? I would avoid renting places by this company. They are no good. Clearly.
