Common sense would only dictate that considering the fact that you are spending your hard earned money on your new home/vacation home/renovation project that you be as well-informed as absolutely possible. Do expect delays! Even Fairy Tales don't always go smoothly. Bass Built Homes was extremely user-friendly from beginning to end with our renovation project! Regardless of the fact that it took longer than we initially anticipated, we went into it unaware and uneducated as to what was truly involved in renovating a house. There are many moving parts to the process so BE PATIENT! We were informed up front of the possibility of delays. The site manager was incredibly helpful and engaging throughout the entire process, including going the extra mile to accommodate our needs and concerns. The project designer spent countless hours coming up with what has ultimately become our dream home. Her ideas and conceptualizations completely blew us away. We could never have imagined the genius behind her creativity. The office manager was always there for us (sometimes on a daily basis) and maintained a professional, positive and cheerful demeanor. We felt very hands on with the entire process due to regular face-to-face meetings and daily updates through Builder Trend, the online program that Bass Built uses to communicate schedules and daily progress with the owners. When all was said and done, Bryant Bass asked us if our home was everything we expected it to be. Our reply was no it is beyond ALL of our expectations!
