We were extremely satisfied with our experience. We first met our salesman Peter Marconi last year on a recommendation from a friend. We weren't ready to buy back then but Peter gave us all the time and attention we needed as we looked over the Forrester and the Outback. When we were ready to buy we came back to Peter and purchased the Outback. Peter is the ultimate professional. Knowledgeable, patient, and respectful of people's time. Caroline, in Customer Service, is wonderful. In fact, all of the staff at Bay Ridge Subaru were a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this organization.
