MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM BEAVERTON HONDA. We have experienced the worst nightmare you can ever have with a car and have received the bare minimum of sympathy and absolutely no acceptance of responsibility by this dealer. The surveillance video shows the thieves sawing off the lock boxes STORED ON THE CAR in a manner of minutes, stealing our key which was STORED ON THE CAR and driving our Pilot (and ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S CAR) off the lot. Andy, the service manager has been kind, helpful with the theft report process and apologetic but Tim Nelson, the GM has been nothing short of cruel. First he wouldn't return my phone calls and then when I actually spoke with him he was unapologetic and full of excuses. Likened a car getting stolen from their lot "the same as a car getting stolen from a parking lot at the mall or work". Stated that "several cars have been stolen here" when I questioned why I had been given the cold shoulder. He defended their security measures of a gate and boulders surrounding the parking lot, which obviously didn't prevent the thieves from taking our two cars, and stated "yea, sometimes they just drive over the boulders". Although my husband and I are ready to move on, the last we left things with Tim is me leaving a message for a return phone call to finalize my complaint on this matter. This phone call has not been returned. It feels good to finally make this news public and hope that this horrible life-changing experience will make you think twice about dealing with a business run by people that care more about their bottom line than customer service and the safety, security of their customers' vehicles.
