When you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and hello from Janea, she is the perfect first person to see. Jayne is our agent and I have always been pleased by her expertise and knowledge when it comes to policies and renewals. She is very prompt at returning emails/calls. I've been using Key Agency for a couple years now and I'd certainly recommend, they are genuine, good people.
