The customers are very unfriendly and simply submit questions, refund of a final bill, I and my family have been waiting for 3 weeks. The customer service claims that it pays and does not know what happened to the invoice and payments for the rest. My essent.be account was also suddenly deleted. When transferring to another energy supplier, essent express did not respond to the transition to still be able to continue to invoice. After all that misery I have to go to the office to put everything right. We have been a customer for 2 years and these were the 2 worst years for energy and is a very heavy traitor. With essent you have nothing like problems. They promise you an advance and this is suddenly 4x more expensive without any warning. And you guessed it as mentioned before, essent knows nothing.
