We only stayed for 1 night but on our arrival our check in was fine and staff very friendly and accommodating. Changed our room instantly when I informed that they had given us the wrong room for the size of our party.
Lovely clean room. Room service was fab as was the meal we ordered.
Bed was comfortable too.
Breakfast the next morning was amazing and all waiting staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
A lovely hotel all in all.
