I can not speak for the sales department but I can tell you that the parts department is on the top of their game. Mike and Jimmy are knowledgeable and on point. When I first began ordering parts I was a novice to say the least. Their assistance and guidance have been life savers. They know what the parts are, how they function, and they can walk you through repairs or upgrades effortlessly to include showing you the differences in the old and new parts (both appearances and functionality) . The best part is that they aren t the guys just trying to make money on the parts. The will give you honest answers and guidance and regardless of what they are selling you. As I continue to learn to build and repair on my own, they are my go to. No questions. No doubts. Just good people looking out for fellow riders.
