The staff do not listen to patients. I had to run to multiple counters to get my tests done. They do not have Glucose available for Glucose Tolerence Test. Even their drugstore don't have it. So they asked me to go outside and buy it, come back, take the glucose and then they will get the test done. Seriously?

I avoid getting my billing done from 1st floor. They denied my valid corporate proof for discount. Already OPD is overcharged at 800 Rs. (same doctors are available outside hospital with consultation of 500 Rs.). The lady on 1st floor reception do not care about patients. I've seen her redirecting senior citizens to different counters just because she is not willing to help them out. She intentionally move slow in billing resulting in queue pilling up. Come on, its your job to help these patients. They are already stressed out, and you are making more difficult for them by adopting this attitude.

I am sticking to hospital just because one of my consulting doctor is there. Would discourage anyone to visit hospital till staff improve their attitude. Be human while dealing with patients, not a money making machine.
