GET YOUR EDUCATION ELSEWHERE. If I could give zero stars or a negative review I would.
I have a hold on my account for a book that I did use for a course I was enrolled in, only to be dropped two weeks into the semester. I decided not to attend the school anymore, because I was having similar issues with financial aid when I was attending back in 2014. I decided to attend college where I reside to make it easier for myself and needed to my transcripts from FSCJ. When I ordered my transcripts, there was no issues ordering and I did not have a hold. Two weeks later, I get an email from the college I plan to attend, saying that I need to contact the school in regards to my student record. Call the school to find out its a book hold for the book I ordered I was going to receive financial aid. I decided to return the book, to only get it sent back a week later, saying all items must be returned unopened.
Your admissions and financial aid department lack serious communication with students. You don't want to help students in their post secondary education plans; you want to see them fail and take their money.
Save yourself the time, money and effort and go somewhere else.
