I live in France and I was over in London, I passed by Richer Sounds and walked in with a question. I have a problem with the setup of my music system and wondered if they could help.

I had no photos to show them how it was setup, and I did not have the equipment with me. However, Simon took his time to help me despite him knowing there would be no sale.

He did have my deck in their shop, so he took me to it and showed me everything he could.
