Nice rooms with excellent beach views. Decent for the discounted price we received. However some of the staff are not honest. I left my jewelry in the safe by accident. When I called to see if it had been recovered, I found that it had not. Someone is not doing their job honestly. It took over two weeks to get an answer. I had to call even though I was told not only by the front desk, but the housekeeping manager and the GM that they would look into it and call me back. Two weeks later and only due to my persistence in calling them I am told they cannot locate it and it is not the hotels responsibility for items left in the room. And the GM defended his staff. Where then is my jewelry if the staff is so honest????
