It was ok but price is too much compare to the facilities. Less option for breakfast but it is in the close to the restaurants Anyway.

Superb customer service at the reception particularly Ms Victoria. Thank you for the good hospitality
Great stay
Loved it!!
Great funky little hotel. Great location if visiting the wharf.
Beautiful and the price is excellent for the location and cleanliness and handling
Loved this hotel it was a budget but as clean and comfortable as a 5 star the bed was amazingly comfortable. And in a great location.
Rooms are small but comfy. Good location, comfy bed. Fine for business travel.
Incredible location. Room was small but i did get the cheapest. Great "chill out" area at the entrance and staff were nice!
We stayed here with our twins. Staff were lovely and upgraded us to a larger room free of charge to accommodate the portacots. The cots provided were clean and new. Room and bathroom were clean. Super close to everything and much easier to park and get to than most inner city hotels.
Was clean comfortable great location a great place to stay when you need a place to crash
Had a great stay here ... lovely and clean and comfortable
Reasonably priced clean rooms. Small but functional
Apart from this hotel having the best location, it also has the best staff. One of those staff, Victoria, went out of her way to help me locate an item I had inadvertantly left in our room. I cannot speak highly enough of this staff member, and next time we are in Sydney we will definitely use this hotel and also tell our friends and business associates to do the same!
Cleaniness can be improved as the toilet smells bad and the room smells of paint. The staff were friendly and the room had a great view. However, the room lacks decoration and I would prefer having a larger bed and better air conditioning. I would not really recommend staying in this hotel, but it is quite good as a three starred hotel.
Booked a room, when we got there we were told we received a free upgrade. But room seemed very small and cramped.
I'm a skinny guy and so is my wife, so it was a little upsetting to be packed in so tight. Apart from that, bed was soft and nice to sleep in.
Room well maintained, staff very friendly, and hospitable. Had breakfast at cafe in lobby, nice option to choose 3 items as part of breakfast package.
We opted for a baked good each, coffee, and a juice to take with us on trip home.
Brilliant Hotel! On-point with service, location, price - everything. Can't fault the price-vs-location offering. My preferred stop in Sydney, given proximity to key tourist spots (I was on holidays).
Quiet hotel, and the sights of Sydney are quick and easy to reach.
Neat and clean, albiet small rooms. Modern styling, good facilities. Very reasonably priced food available from the bar, open till 12am on weekends, when I stayed.
Modest business accommodation in a reasonably accessible spot.
The Ibis is good for short periods of stay. Very clean and tidy. During the night they lost power on a couple of floors which was very strange. It is expensive for what you get though.
Very good service staff was very helpful and friendly service
Place was exactly what we needed and priced accordingly.
Good location and decent facilities.
Breakfast was good.
Small rooms but cozy and comfortable bed, wish hotels make sockets more accessible near the bed
I wouldn't recommend booking one of these rooms unless you're not planning to spend a lot of time inside.
The advertisement said it was a queen bed but was just two single beds pushed together.
The only bedding provided was a sheet - we had to ask for a blanket.
The staff were friendly, but for what we got, it was way over priced.
I wouldn't stay here again.
Do not stay here! There are so Manny more nice places other than here, we just spent $280 for the night what a joke, all their swop cards don't work, I've been waiting to leave the car park now for about half an hour. They're not taking my calls to let me out. Then they tell me I need another card to get out what a joke don't do it
Rooms were a bit on the small side, and quite cold, but they sufficed as a place to stay
So far its been really good. Got 2more nights to go. Staff is great.
Very small rooms. AC was not working when same was complained to staff they told me some non sense about catch 22 situation
I am very surprised that this hotel has such a average rating. Highly recommended. I stayed at this hotel as it was on special, and I wasn't expecting much out of it due to its location. I thought it was more for business people that had meetings in Barangaroo, but it is so much better than that. The rooms aren't huge, but felt big enough for a night stay, and they are close to Wynyard station, Barangaroo, and to Darling harbour.
Great location to King Street Wharf. Clean compact rooms, serves the purpose of an overnight stay. Friendly staff and the breakfast options were great. Will definitely stay again.
Was a good room but the desk dude charged me for things I shouldn't have been charged for, mad hassle.
Small basic room. Very friendly staff. Close to attractions
This is a really bad hotel. Never stay here. The room is weird small and I would never stay again. Clean and everything but it just does not feel right in the rooms.
For a quick stay-in, the beds are very comfortable. I would take advantage of the airconditioning.
An ideal place if you are only after the necessities like a good night rest and a shower.
Visited friend staying at the hotel, lobby / lounge wasnt kept neat.
Fine for just one night. Clean, tidy and good location.
Great location with regards to transport links. 100 meters to the ferries at darling harbour 5 minute walk to Wynyard station so very easy to get around. 2 24 hour convenient stores across the road and a cafe that serves great coffee and meals 25 meters away. The rooms are compact but well designed. Very little hotel noise was experienced during our stay while in our room. Apart from a very slow check in the check in staff have been very helpfull and polite. There is a small lounge in the foyer with comfortable seating in a very relaxed atmosphere and a small Cafe severing prepared snacks.
Cute cosy rooms, with modern design. Bed was comfortable and the lobby cafe was really nice. Check in was easy and staff were really welcoming. Overall good experience!
Staff great, rooms very small and dated. Good location, a bit pricey for the type of room
Good budget accomodation. Excellent location, clean room and good breakfast. I will definitely consider again next time I'm in Sydney
So I was quite torn on this review as the hotel provided all the things you need as a in and out business traveller. However, there is nothing that you don't need (including floor space). I had what I think was the smallest room on the floor and it was tiny, you had to shimmy down either side of the bed to get in, and there wasn't any extra room to move around. Was disappointed with the "hostel" style all plastic shower unit however, it wasn't disgusting. Travelled with three other people of which two of us thought it was hugely over priced for what you got and two others who had larger rooms and felt it was par for the course. Personal view I suppose.
Clean and tidy. Very basic amenities and no wifi (though there is a DSL cable). Staff were super-friendly and the parking is convenient. Very close to King St Wharf and restaurants, which is a major plus. A place to sleep but not one to really spend a lot of time hanging out in.
Great spot, good service and little coffee shot at the foyer is cute.
Use this place all the time for work booking but won't be doing that any more due to the lack of service/flexibility to returning customers
Room was clean and to ibis standard. It's not a six star hotel nor is it meant to be. Location handy to what I needed.
Tidy and good service however the rooms are very small and sit next to a noisey freeway which even with double glazing you can faintly hear.
Location is pretty good. Close to ferry and train stations. Awesome if you're working in Barangaroo.
The room is compact but spacious. Not overly cluttered like some places. The included breakfast is sufficient. You can pick 3 items from the cafe downstairs. 2 food and 1 drink. (Example: croissant, bagels, banana bread, breakfast wraps, yogurt, fruits.)
Rooms come with a small empty fridge.
A working desk and a chaise. I wish the windows could open just for a bit of fresh air.
Bathroom is sufficient and comes with a full size hair dryer. (Nice!) Staff are friendly and helpful! This is the perfect place to crash when you really just need a place to sleep.
Rooms to small for the price we were put on the freeway side too noisy
Close to all attractions on king street wharf, not much a view from room due to other office buildings but why would you stay inside when there's so much to do in Darling Harbour area. Hotel staff have been very welcoming and nothing has been an issue.
Good budget hotel. Staff are friendly. Although facilities are very basic, rooms are clean and the location is convenient.
It was hospitable but nothing special in terms of service and ambience
Great given its location, but not when come to its prices. Parking also very expensive, we paid A$55 per 24 hrs. The rooms and facilities look rather new, hence clean. Room size rather small given maybe it's in city centre.
Great location! Close to everything you need. Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay Wharf are within walking distance. Endless row of restaurants and cafes. The Opera House is less than a 30 minute walk as is other fun things to see in the downtown area!
Firstly it was different to our last experience with ibis in Brisbane but times have change and must say did enjoy the difference of the locality & service of this ibis as we stayed overnight before our boarding a cruise liner next day. Well done folks.
Our room was small but clean and comfortable, definitley a no frills motel. The lovely lady at reception was very helpful, from the courtesy call prior to our stay and our late checkout and extended parking.
The best part of our stay was a one minute easy walk to King Street Wharf and the lovely Vivid cruise..
Staff were excellent, but the room was tiny with no ventilation. Breakfast was surprisingly good
Very central location, clean room but very small. Friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly staff and in walking distance from most attractions. Would recommend.
Great location, central to Circular Quay, Darling Harbor and city center. Clean rooms. Pleasant coworkers. We felt very comfortable.
Clean neat rooms, functional bathroom spaces. Good value for money
They could only find one of the two rooms we booked. It took awhile to figure out
