We stayed here with our twins. Staff were lovely and upgraded us to a larger room free of charge to accommodate the portacots. The cots provided were clean and new. Room and bathroom were clean. Super close to everything and much easier to park and get to than most inner city hotels.

Apart from this hotel having the best location, it also has the best staff. One of those staff, Victoria, went out of her way to help me locate an item I had inadvertantly left in our room. I cannot speak highly enough of this staff member, and next time we are in Sydney we will definitely use this hotel and also tell our friends and business associates to do the same!

Cleaniness can be improved as the toilet smells bad and the room smells of paint. The staff were friendly and the room had a great view. However, the room lacks decoration and I would prefer having a larger bed and better air conditioning. I would not really recommend staying in this hotel, but it is quite good as a three starred hotel.

Booked a room, when we got there we were told we received a free upgrade. But room seemed very small and cramped.

I'm a skinny guy and so is my wife, so it was a little upsetting to be packed in so tight. Apart from that, bed was soft and nice to sleep in.

Room well maintained, staff very friendly, and hospitable. Had breakfast at cafe in lobby, nice option to choose 3 items as part of breakfast package.

We opted for a baked good each, coffee, and a juice to take with us on trip home.

Brilliant Hotel! On-point with service, location, price - everything. Can't fault the price-vs-location offering. My preferred stop in Sydney, given proximity to key tourist spots (I was on holidays).

I wouldn't recommend booking one of these rooms unless you're not planning to spend a lot of time inside.
The advertisement said it was a queen bed but was just two single beds pushed together.
The only bedding provided was a sheet - we had to ask for a blanket.
The staff were friendly, but for what we got, it was way over priced.
I wouldn't stay here again.

Do not stay here! There are so Manny more nice places other than here, we just spent $280 for the night what a joke, all their swop cards don't work, I've been waiting to leave the car park now for about half an hour. They're not taking my calls to let me out. Then they tell me I need another card to get out what a joke don't do it

I am very surprised that this hotel has such a average rating. Highly recommended. I stayed at this hotel as it was on special, and I wasn't expecting much out of it due to its location. I thought it was more for business people that had meetings in Barangaroo, but it is so much better than that. The rooms aren't huge, but felt big enough for a night stay, and they are close to Wynyard station, Barangaroo, and to Darling harbour.

Great location with regards to transport links. 100 meters to the ferries at darling harbour 5 minute walk to Wynyard station so very easy to get around. 2 24 hour convenient stores across the road and a cafe that serves great coffee and meals 25 meters away. The rooms are compact but well designed. Very little hotel noise was experienced during our stay while in our room. Apart from a very slow check in the check in staff have been very helpfull and polite. There is a small lounge in the foyer with comfortable seating in a very relaxed atmosphere and a small Cafe severing prepared snacks.

So I was quite torn on this review as the hotel provided all the things you need as a in and out business traveller. However, there is nothing that you don't need (including floor space). I had what I think was the smallest room on the floor and it was tiny, you had to shimmy down either side of the bed to get in, and there wasn't any extra room to move around. Was disappointed with the "hostel" style all plastic shower unit however, it wasn't disgusting. Travelled with three other people of which two of us thought it was hugely over priced for what you got and two others who had larger rooms and felt it was par for the course. Personal view I suppose.

Clean and tidy. Very basic amenities and no wifi (though there is a DSL cable). Staff were super-friendly and the parking is convenient. Very close to King St Wharf and restaurants, which is a major plus. A place to sleep but not one to really spend a lot of time hanging out in.

Location is pretty good. Close to ferry and train stations. Awesome if you're working in Barangaroo.

The room is compact but spacious. Not overly cluttered like some places. The included breakfast is sufficient. You can pick 3 items from the cafe downstairs. 2 food and 1 drink. (Example: croissant, bagels, banana bread, breakfast wraps, yogurt, fruits.)

Rooms come with a small empty fridge.
A working desk and a chaise. I wish the windows could open just for a bit of fresh air.

Bathroom is sufficient and comes with a full size hair dryer. (Nice!) Staff are friendly and helpful! This is the perfect place to crash when you really just need a place to sleep.

Close to all attractions on king street wharf, not much a view from room due to other office buildings but why would you stay inside when there's so much to do in Darling Harbour area. Hotel staff have been very welcoming and nothing has been an issue.

Great given its location, but not when come to its prices. Parking also very expensive, we paid A$55 per 24 hrs. The rooms and facilities look rather new, hence clean. Room size rather small given maybe it's in city centre.

Great location! Close to everything you need. Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay Wharf are within walking distance. Endless row of restaurants and cafes. The Opera House is less than a 30 minute walk as is other fun things to see in the downtown area!

Firstly it was different to our last experience with ibis in Brisbane but times have change and must say did enjoy the difference of the locality & service of this ibis as we stayed overnight before our boarding a cruise liner next day. Well done folks.

Our room was small but clean and comfortable, definitley a no frills motel. The lovely lady at reception was very helpful, from the courtesy call prior to our stay and our late checkout and extended parking.
The best part of our stay was a one minute easy walk to King Street Wharf and the lovely Vivid cruise..
