This hotel is a 3 star at best. Dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. Not hygienic at all!!!
To sum.up my booking of the city view suite: arranged to stay in 3507 with Smeared human stool on toilet flush handle!!! Stained baseboard. Flickering light fixtures. Dusty window rails. Fridge was not working. We had to get cold drinks at nearby store ourselves.
Room changed to 3807: phone did not work. Flickering lamp. Cracked tiles and bathtub.
Forget about turndown services.
And their guest experience is not a priority.
