Jeff Tubhope was our tech name. He was excellent. He came right in and start working immediately. Quickly fixed the first problem. Then then worked diligently to fix the second problem. He did everything he could to fix it but couldn't, so he replaced the equipment. And also helped us set up all the setting for it. Thank you Jeff for all your hard work.
