John Strazza is a great sales person and he put in the extra time to make sure that the car buying experience was positive one. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Sal, Tom, Warren and Brad! Over the course of the last 2 months I ran into some trouble and identified a ringing noise coming from the engine of the car and I took it into a dealership closer to my home and it was identified as an issue with the timing chain. It was one of those issues that led to a series of issues and now on my third trip to hopefully take care of the problem. I reached out to Sal the GM and he led me on a wild goose chase and it took persistence on my part to even get a return call to discuss an extension on the 50K maintenance plan. I thought this would be a fair compromise considering I believe firmly that this issue was not identified during the certification process. I was not provided the paperwork to see what was done or the car fax report, so I asked for a discount on the extended 50K maintenance plan, which they respectively declined after running me around in circles for 4 weeks. I will NEVER refer a person to Springfield BMW and I am on my 3rd car and my wife and I own two. I have referred countless people in the past and I have nothing but negative things to say about the customer service at Springfield. It starts with Sal and slowly works its way down! Its a shame because John was awesome!
