Working with the firm could not have been easier. I provided a copy of my ticket, license, insurance, and a check and they did the rest. The fee was VERY reasonable especially since my nearly $900 ticket was fully dismissed! Even though I hope I don't need her again, I am sure I'll be back. If you have a ticket, I highly suggest giving Jeannie a call. Her staff and lawyers are the best.
