I scheduled a install with this company and it was a disaster. I recieved a confirmation email for the time and date right away. I paid for the install and equipment up front. The date of the install they made a call in the morning making sure someone over 18 would be there during the scheduled time, which was 10-12. At 1:00 I called to find out what was going on. I was told after a returned call that my time slot was 12-2, even though I have a email stating 10-2. Still no one showed by 3. I called and canceled. Why would I do business with a company, especially a alarm/security company, that does not show up when needed and lies about the situation at hand. They called later stating they didn't see a cancellation. I have yet to receive a email confirming my cancellation that was promised to be sent right away, or my money. I would warn others from doing business with a company with such low concern for the customer and low morals.
