Uber Eats is an unreliable mess. Order is often placed with restaurants being unaware. I called one restaurant to see if they received my order placed an hour ago and they said they don't use Uber Eats! Horrible service. Only reason I use Uber Eats is because Barclay credit card rewards are a mess as well.
