We began and ended our evening in the Fireside Lounge which is touted to have a fantastic menu and Stellar service.
Neither could be farther from the truth... the prawn appetizer was was ridiculously chewy poorly presented and exorbitantly overpriced. The brussel sprouts are overcooked and floating in a semi viscous cheese sauce...disgusting really.

The lakely star of the evening was warm artichoke dip that lacked the proper consistency and flavor.

In total three substandard appetizers and four beers totaled over $100, punctuated with the level of service reminiscent of a 24-hour Denny's.
