Disappointing experience. I called to repair my wine fridge as there was condensation between the glass. The only way to repair is to replace the glass door. As the charge for the technician is 150$ I wanted to know how much the new door would cost and see if it was worth to repair or buy a new one. The customer service promised me to call me back ASAP as I had an appointment with the repair center scheduled. However even after calling back 2 times to remind them I am still waiting for a response... overpromise and underdeliver.
