Terrible experience after buying Certified Pre-Own...

Terrible experience after buying Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle at Planet Honda. After three weeks my car battery dead and when I contacted them they are not ready to replace free of cost. While buying they said they did pre delivery inspection of car and they check 150-point inspection. They sold me car with weak battery and they are not ready to admit same. What is the point of buying certified pre-owned car ?
