If I could give 10 stars, I would give them all to Jorge with Sierra Air! He has restored the Roy family's faith in humanity! He not only completed our air conditioning issue that David with Paul's Plumbing did not even address and wondered why he was even at our house and charged $160.00 just to change the filter seriously, I could have done that myself. Let me state that I was not there when he was there for the initial service call. After calling on the 4th of July holiday weekend, Caitlyn with Sierra Air actually answered the phone, and took action immediately to calm our fears and schedule a service call, unlike Paul's. On the service call, Jorge took his valuable time to make sure he was only going to do what he needed to complete our equipment needs to work efficiently and effectively all summer! He addressed my concerns and fixed the equipment to our and his satisfaction. He explained everything to me and my Mom! Sierra Air has a true gem working with them and Jorge is a valuable asset for your company! We will only use Sierra Air and if you're smart, you should too! Thank You
