I ve never worked for an agency before but I must say Option 1 has given me a great expierence. Paula who was my recruiter is amazing, she heard me out in what I was looking for and found a great position suitable for my career. The rest of the team is amazing as well! They answer all my questions and never leave me in a limbo.
