Reception did not their job at check in, housekeep...

Reception did not their job at check in, housekeeping leaving a mess at the bathroom and staff won t give an apologie when they should after complaining.
The Free WIFI is bad. And airco is not working, it can t be lower than 76.
We re not coming back! This is the worst place we ve been in the last 3 weeks of our holiday. This hotel should be one of the best, but is is not.
Don t come here, think Twice, there certainly are beter places with better services. And apologies when needed.
