1. Constantly messes up sending in extremely important prescriptions where you'll be without it for a week or more every single time no matter what. Extremely unsafe if you, like me, are dependent on strong psychiatric medication. And forget calling back to find where they sent them. You either will get sent to voicemail, or they themselves will have absolutely no idea where your medication is.
2. Their offices ALWAYS end up sending you to voicemail when you are forced to call because of all of these drawbacks and you'll be lucky if they ever give you a call back.
3. You will be penalized for missing appointments yet when you show up for an appointment and the doctor decides not to, no one asks about rescheduling, bothers to even inform you that it's going to happen, or contacts you to tell you why that is, and instead tries to place the blame on you for it to absolve themselves of any responsibility.
I have literally never been to any doctors offices/clinics that are this unprofessional. Think twice before securing a doctor here. Apparently according to many people I know, these arent even isolated incidents, and now I'm probably going to have to find all new doctors.
