Disappointed. Walked in looking for cross country...

Disappointed. Walked in looking for cross country skis and or boots and they said I needed an appointment despite the fact that there wasn't a single customer in the store but me. In any case, they said they don't carry telemark or cross country ski boots and didn't suggest any other places to try.
