I just bought my new Toyota Prius level 5 at Thoms...

I just bought my new Toyota Prius level 5 at Thomson Toyota in Pennsylvania 300 miles away from my home dealer Smithtown Toyota. The all season mats were thrown in for free but the level 5 got confused with V mats. I tried to do the exchange at Smithtown Toyota parts and after 2 visits there and several phone calls from Thompson Toyota to Smithtown Toyota I am doing the exchange via UPS with Thompson Toyota . Thanks to Tom in parts for reminding me why I bought my last 3 Toyotas elsewhere and mind you if they exchanged my mats it wouldn't have cost them a cent. I also want to thank Colin at Thomson Toyota where value,courtesy, and customer service are alive and well.
