This was honestly the worst car buying experience ...

This was honestly the worst car buying experience I ever had. So many things went wrong and were handled poorly.

1. Saw a vehicle I wanted online. Put it on hold. I arrived that evening to find out it had been sold.

2. Sales rep found me an alternate vehicle on another lot. Purchased the vehicle that Monday evening...delayed, delayed, delayed...saw my car for the first time on Friday, 4 days later.

3. Car was allegedly fully inspected but my headlights weren t working at night when on Auto (realized something was wrong after getting flagged down for the 3rd time). Windshield wipers were also not working at all on the intermittent setting.

4. One week prior to my 30 day tag expiring I decided to call in since my loan was still showing pending. Turns out my loan had not been processed because the wrong client information had been sent to my lender repeatedly. Furthermore I am in possession of the wrong client and vehicle information on the USB I was provided with.

5. Called to have the correct information sent to me. The matter was treated with no urgency and the finance reps at the dealership were already aware they d given the wrong information out but was unsure of how far it had gone and opted not to communicate this. I will be returning to them the USB (even though they didn t ask for it) just as I hope that client turns in the drive containing my personal information if it s on his.

There were other things and None of this has been resolved as of yet. This is the worst car buying experience I ever had. I will never visit this dealership again and most likely won t buy from any Chevy dealership again because I had a bad experience at the other two locations I visited the weekend before making this purchase. I ve been very patient and stayed pleasant throughout all of this. I wish I could just drop the car back off. :-(
