Edited to change to 3 stars, was originally 1 star, solely because of the excellent bar staff and breakfast server.

Booked a night for a nice getaway with my wife with the sole purpose of using the pool (we live in town) and wanted to have a few drinks and not worry about driving home.

I spent $200 on the room for a single night, only to have the pool closed for health issues. Okay, no big deal, that happens sometimes. So we decide to go sit poolside, like many other people, to enjoy a drink and some food. The servers completely ignored us for one hour, not even a single hello and no offers for even a water. Didn't even look at us. But continued to serve the people around us.

I Went to the front desk after an hour of waiting for a simple water and the manager offers us a single breakfast credit. (Most hotels I've been too include this anyways) and said there is nothing else they can do. On top of that they're still making me pay for parking... thanks!!!

Will never be booking here again. Highly recommend for everyone to stay away. Poor service all around.
