I can confidently recommend ENP! A reliable and verbal employer. Appreciates the commitment and pays a decent remuneration, and most importantly, the employer gives the opportunity to develop and expand their knowledge. The atmosphere in the office is very good. Working with such a team is just a pleasure. The recruitment process and method is at a very good level and is constantly being improved. Those who have poor experience with ENP recruitment probably took part in its old form when there were no people dealing strictly in recruitment. I recommend trying again, because a lot has changed.

One of the best places I've visited in my whole life.

A solid company that respects good programmers. Follows leading trends / standards. The latest technologies, training, good equipment for work, friendly atmosphere, a huge emphasis on quality and focus on development. This is not often found in Polish realities, where the most important point is to do the task because the client wants in unreal time and that it works. If you have something to show, you will certainly be appreciated. It's a company where a good argument counts, not a position. I recommend to all who are thinking about changing jobs.

A professional and reliable software provider for eCommerce

The company is looking for programmers, but after a technical conversation I get the impression that the most important parameter is how the person employed can work quickly - in the negative sense of the word. A bit like general experience, ability to solve problems and what kind of person you are was far behind when it comes to expectations. In my life I went through several recruitment processes, but after none of them I was as disgusted as after E NET. It's a pity, because the first impression after entering the building was very positive.

I do not recommend going for an interview. The meeting was very nice, but the commissioned task was unanswered and even a cultural "thank you". I do not consider myself an outstanding programmer, they only program for 2 years and I understand that the company may not be interested, but firstly it promised feedback, and secondly it seems to me that such a company should behave differently.
