I love Larry's but I will not be coming back to this location. Months ago, I ordered a kongs club that had a long thin piece of plastic in it, which I'm assuming was from the bag of lettuce. Mistakes happen and I understand that, but this location continues to mess up. Went again yesterday and ordered 2 subs to go. The inside was not busy at all. No one ordered before us but it took a lot longer than usual to get our food. Another customer ordered 2 subs to go also about 5 minutes after we placed our order, he received his before we did. (he also waited a long time) Husband went to the counter to ask what was up and he saw our 2 subs just sitting on trays on the counter. The employees told him it was taking longer because "the Cuban needed to be pressed." It doesn't take 20 minutes to press a sandwich so that was very clearly a bs excuse. But their excuse made sense when I finally got home and unwrapped my food because half of the Cuban was burned do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Larry's.
