They never pick up the phone, I am calling them since a week at all the times from 9am to 5 pm. I have applied for business visa & it's more than 10 working days & I have not received my passport yet. Hope they haven't lost it. I sent a FedEx Overnight prepaid Return Envelope...... Called them infinite times, emailed & faxed them, NO REPLY. UGH FRUSTRATED .... Now planning to fly to Washington from Texas for updates. Worst Worst Worst customer support.
