Came here having heard mixed reviews about this place, and wasn't sure what to expect. The atmosphere was pleasant, the food came out quickly, and there was an area for you to turn in plates once finished. It reminded me of service in a Panera, so it's primarily a place for a quick meal. The Ramen itself was good, though nothing close to a place like Toto in NYC. Having said that it was definitely the best Ramen i have encountered in Long Island, the broth was very flavorful and meat was tender. I was surprised that the noodles were so thin, but it didn't matter to me since the taste and texture were good. Great place to eat so long as you want a quick meal, though there is not much seating so try to beat the crowds.
