The luxury apartment boast is a farce. If you are thinking of living in the one bedrooms sandwiched between the two and three bedroom apartments, be prepared to be sleep deprived, involved in your neighbors love of loud music and neurotic dogs that missed the training cycle. I've been here for 2 years and have found the place to be a rip off the longer I stayed. Super thin walls, yes these may be standard dry wall but is it ok to pay $1900 a month and be privileged to hear every conversation going on in the neighbors place, word for word? I now know the guys next door to me have rent problems. Management is good if Abel deals with the problem but if you are unlucky and get the "I love myself" grey haired guy, forget it.
My advice, if the view is all you need to survive then this place is for you. If you want more go elsewhere. You are not getting value at Melody.
