I had no structure in my workout and this is the place where I found it. I workout 3 times a week and I am sore in different parts or my body throughout the week - I believe this means that they have planned their WODs very well ensuring that we get the full body workout. The coaches - they are sadistic in a good way :) - instructions are very clear! I attend group classes but I feel like I have my own personal coach. The Community - man, I wish I joined long time ago!
