This was the second time I have used Matt & his team; originally when I bought a property in 2012 and then again when I sold this year. His team is very professional, and communicated in a timely manner. I felt confident in relying on his expertise. The condo was on the market for less than a week, so they certainly know how to present & network the location to other realtors. Great experience and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Chicago.
