Don t call yourself 5 star luxury. the service is really bad. make me pay for room charges which i already paid and pre-auth for 500 deposit. Have to check with them three times before they notice the problem. check in process is one of the slowest i hav experienced.

service at the cliff is bad. staffs are not attentive and took them hours to serve lunch and dinner.
