Very bad experience with mutual health insurance. The rates increase exponentially each year and the reimbursements not made for me amount to more than 200 .
For herbal medicine, statements are difficult to understand, we do not understand what has been reimbursed or not.A tip, make copies of everything you send them. I wasted an incredible amount of time doing the accounts, sending back the receipts several times for reimbursements to the dropper account. In customer service, the answers diverge or we don't answer you.
Even the termination was the obstacle course, then it was a relief to end up turning to a serious mutual.
