Option 1 was the first agency I had worked with straight out of high school. I was so generously helped by their senior recruiter Paula Fletcher. Paula is very personalble, honest and professional. She handles all of her work with integrity. All throughout college, I worked through Option 1 and was even fortunate enough to work directly at their office for some time, where I also worked directly with Paula. Her work ethic was exceptional and always remained optimistic in every situation. I have been so fortunate to keep in touch with her as I now pursue my career after college. Option 1 was always willing to help me work around my school schedule, which was a tremendous help. I can confidently say that working through Option 1 has led me in the right direction and has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.
