I will definitely not recommend this cab for my friends. They have no concern for their customers. This was my first time to get a cab so I booked my cab online the night before just to make sure that I will get a cab going to school and get there on time. I phoned costumer service 30 minutes before my pick up time and I was informed that they dispatch a car 15 minutes before the pick up time. So I waited and waited. Nobody showed up at pick up time. I phoned again to find out if the cab is on the way. Then, I found out that nobody is in the area and they do not have a cab for me. They did not even call me to let me know of the situation ahead of time. It is my opinion, of course.
